Xfinity orange flashing light

The Power (1st) light is a blinking green and the (2nd) internet light is a blinking orange. I called the T-mobile support and they said they can't do much as the device is supposed to be plug and play. I called the comcast and they are not blocking any ports. I checked the modem configuration also and no ports are blocked.
