There is a promising project called Orion Browser (based on Safari but on steroids) that allows installing both Firefox and Chrome extensions on both desktop and mobile. uBO works good on macOS, you can install uBO on iOS too but it doesn't work yet. It might in the future though. Till then, free option is AdGuard for Safari and paid one is Wipr.

So I back to Safari, but now can not find any working ad blocker for macOS version. On iOS I have installed AdGuard and it seems working fine for now. Adguard works fine for Safari on Mac too.
