I've seen quite a few threads in various places bemoaning the scarcity of leather armor by the time you most likely get the blessed feathers so I decided to experiment. Turns out you can still make the pieces by combining chain finesse armor with the feathers. Hope that makes it easier for you to get it. Yes it creates blood pools as long as your target isn’t undead or bleeds something else. Yes elemental ranger will add physical damage to enemies standing in blood. She is not wearing the vulture armor, though Beast is, in the same party (neither are the PC if that's relevant). Vulture armor was working fine; extra range, flight, the works. I used the Mirror to tweak my character, and when I come out the set bonuses (flight and aura) are gone. Tried taking off the armor, dropping it, save and load, and so on, but the bonuses look to be gone.
