For the most part it should be, yes. Could be a few built objects you'd need to remove afterward, since there are a couple odd bugs with the base items like objects needing hundreds of building materials to repair them, or nonsense things using power. The second option was leave Kenshi as it is and start work on Kenshi 2. The community chose working on K2 and leaving K1 as it is by a large margin. So, Kenshi, with all of it's obnoxious bugs, is going to stay the way it is until K2 comes out.
