Anking is like an updated version of MileDown where they worked on tags, organization, etc. JS is a much larger deck that covers everything. probably the most comprehensive deck there is. I used MileDown and got 519 on FL4 if that’s helpful. Test day there was nothing I didn’t recognize (I don’t think I finished BB on test day due to technical issues hence my actual score) I used MileDown as my skeleton and then added with uearth and aamc as I went. Miledown is pretty much accepted as one of the best free resources for content review. They have a deck on anki too called the miledown anki deck. download it and use both and your content review should be pretty good as long as you did alright in pre-reqs.Anki is a program which makes remembering things easy. Because it's a lot more efficient than traditional study methods, you can either greatly decrease your time spent studying, or greatly increase the amount you learn.
