This is the Delta 14 Chassis constructed of glass filled nylon. Mounting of the stock is simple with the 5/16X18 fastener that will mate in any Mossberg 500 stock onto the chassis system. Installation of the chassis with the rifle does not require any tools. Simply pull the trigger guard from old rifle and remove the barrel and action. Currently also in this process with the Delta 14 Chassis. What I can say so far is that it is WAY tighter and stiffer than the black synthetic stock my scout came with, so far less flex at the bipod. I also installed shims on the gas block recently but haven't shot it since. I'm hoping between these two changes it tightens up groups. Will ...

I prefer an 18.5" barrel over the 16", but either way they balance better and have better ergonomics.
