Basically, INPCs works fine, but when I ask one of them to follow me, they just don't do anything. I get the prompt for the outfit manager mod I use, but none of the AFT prompts. The INPC follower just stands there and doesn't do anything. Kind of a bummer, since they are good followers with actual stories etc.Most need a patch. There was an EFF patch for Classic's version of 3DNPCs. Nether's Follower Framework works without any additional patching - it automatically detects 3DNPCs. I'd use iAFT or Nether.
