I’ve noticed with Ryker his first two events won’t trigger if someone else has a love event available in the same area. So for his first one it triggers at the big tree and Lucy also has a love event there. For example, Lucy has an event under the big tree and you have to do that before you can access Cecil’s event that’s also under the big tree. This sounds like what it probably is. Thanks!
