Killing zm desert rares and opening a sandworn chest once per day (also in the desert using a key created from 5 key fragments which drop from mobs in the desert). The daily quests listed only occasionally give Sandworn Relics as rewards. The only reliable sources for these are: Patterns within Patterns, Sandworn Chests, the 4 rares and the weekly world boss. If you're farming for relics for a set piece, you'll want to do these every day. We were originally going to be capped at 246 (ridiculously low btw). But towards the end of the PTR, Blizz added a progression system tied to the Cypher console ranks.
