Functional Assessment Checklist for Teachers and Staff (FACTS Part A & B; March et al. 2000). This is a semi-structured functional behavioral assessment interview measure designed for use with teachers and staff and was developed by adapting and streamlining the FAI (O’Neill et al. 1997).
