I will note one issue I had was my port forwarding, I did have to port forward port 7000 TCP and 6000-6009 UDP as per the website to make connections to other players actually work. That's not Steam Deck specific though, that's networking, so that may not happen to you. A small heads-up in case it does though.Weird workaround but it got the files onto the Deck.
