Discussion starter. I have a 1986 honda trx350 fourtrax it did run and drive when I bought it took it out for the main voyage and got back to the house and wouldn't start back up no spark. I bought a project Honda Fourtrax 300 4x4 last week for $350 to try and fix up to sell. I was told it had electrical problems but did have spark at the plug, it had 4 bad tires, a winch and a big box of parts. I downloaded the service manual and printed it.Jun 8, 2018 · I've replaced the coil my old one barely tested 1 OHM, the new one tested about 4. I'm not getting anything to the spark plug, I replaced the CDI box, nothing. so I plugged the 2 prong to the CDI box & tested the the 4 prongs cumming out. of the CDI box I'm getting 12 volts out of 3 of them, my question now is,

Oct 10, 2013 · The pickup coil should be a 1 or 2 wire check, the three wire check should be your charging circuit which probably isn't doing anything without the engine running. We couldn't get one so we did a resistance check on the coil. There was no secondary resistance so we ordered a new one. Still No Fire.01 300Ex- no spark. My 300ex just won't come alive this spring.
