In case you didn't know, the word calamity means disaster or destruction. It is supposed to be a chaotic mod with giant and unbalanced weapons and bosses. And also how you mentioned the stuff about how it doesn't feel like vanilla anymore; it was never supposed to be like vanilla terraria.Calamity completely changes a lot of the progression, and adds a lot of content, but doesn't mesh as well with vanilla content. Thorium has less content, but meshes better.
