But what I'm trying to figure out is when its made. The Taurus online serial number search came up blank. I called Taurus Customer Service, and they didn't have the SN on record. My guess is its 1980's vintage, but that's a guess. Its a 5 digit SN, both on the frame and the inside of the cylinder.
