I'm a simple man, I loved the pain train in fallout 4 it was funny to watch enemies rag doll onto the ground and lose most of their health so then why does pain train in fallout 76 not do any of these things and takes up perk slots, even at max rank it does poor damage overall, it doesn't knock over enemies, which is the reason most people get pain train and it doesn't even kill ...So, 20 stacks of hemmorage huh. That seems a bit on the crazy side. i think if you stack like 19 backup mags and have enough attack speed you could do it on a boss. Lava lich/ tempest/ fire witch build. I wanted to make this build but it's made to chain 3 of the skills.
