I am considering closing my chime acct. Recently Chime alerted my son that they were temporarily locking his chime acct because of suspicious activity. There was definitely fraud. My son acct was hacked , added to a Cash App and the balance of his account was depleted. My son had to prove be owned the acct. Chime has denied 2 of my disputes, first time I didn’t even get a chance to send evidence. I called today and one of their agents said they sent me an email on the 16th of March stating my dispute was declined again. I NEVER GOT THAT EMAIL. Then he said they must have sent it to another email but they only have one of my emails.
