Head towards the road. Before the bridge and the car you can walk up the hillside. The transition cave is near a hunter's blind. Look up - it's not at ground level. Fallen trees mark the way a bit. Another way is to follow the road to the right in the direction of Long Curve. Then go up left and follow the zone boundary.I've found both keys. First key was sitting in the snow at the abandoned lookout (inside the broken "cabin" of the lookout). This key opened the box at lake overlook cave. Second key was at one of the cabins at the lake. It was at the cabin closest to the bear cave, sitting in the snow outside the door. This key opened the box inside the dam.
