Jay Keen, 63, of Philadelphia, died Sept. 25, 2023 in Temple University Hospital. He was born July 9, 1960 in West Chester, PA, a son of Loretta M. (Culbertson) Keen of East Waterford and the late Harry E. "Tree Top" Keen, who passed away in January of this year. Jay grew up in Modena, Chester County, and attended Coatesville area schools.Her viewing will be Friday, March 10, from 6 to 8 PM and again Saturday after 10 AM followed by the funeral service at 11 AM in the Agett-Lakjer Funeral Home, 16715 Path Valley Road, Spring Run, PA with Pastor John E.
