SUF, like all other raid/party etc. frames are Event Driven, that means they update the display as soon as they get the data from the server. If you are experiencing "slowdowns", your problem is coming from somewhere else. But honestly SUF party/raid frames just aren't really good for healing.If it was an issue of resources, you’d gain 50 fps by dropping WA as well in your case. I couldnt find your posted pictures though. I haven't had a chance to jump into raid yet, but in the few keys I've ran with this I'm gaining 15-30+ FPS.
