I've checked YouTube on how i should see, and i literally see nothing.It's better to use the Fosic Resonator to find a location with a high concentration of starlight and build in the center of that. The thicker the fog and the more sparkles there are, the higher the concentration. Yes, it caps at around Y 125 or so, so putting it at Y 130 makes sure you get the most out of the spot.
