nvm. I am finally able to log in... but on an OLD (very old!) login ID. When I first signed up with comcast, they gave me a comcast.net email ID. Later on, when I moved, they made me use a different ID, but it was not in the comcast.net domain, but rather in the xfinity domain. At any rate, I am able to log in again with my very old user ID.When I was an Xfinity customer (I no longer am) I found a workaround. Switching to the Voice tab and then logging out worked 100% of the time.
