I recommend removing the loose coating by either power washing or sanding, then etching the bare concrete. After the floor is etched and clean, re-apply the Granite Grip Floor coating. Our Granite Grip is designed to cover 40-60 sq. ft. with two gallons per coat. With that in mind, for a 200 sq. ft. surface, you should need about 4 gallons for your project.
