Xfi pod not connecting

my LENOVA laptop will detect xfinity, shows my xfinity wifi named wifi network, but shows "no internet, secured". I can connect my LENOVA laptop to to ATT , SONIC, and to any of these including xfinity through my iPhone hotspot. everywhere I tried in settings the laptop identifies the names xfinity network, just cannot connect.
