You'll never use the one pip spellements past the first few worlds so having the first arc spellements be so difficult to get outside of buying packs seems kinda redundant (though it could incentive later spell pack buying)

This is supposed to help with more targeted farming (instead of dividing the possible reward among a larger portion of already small rewards).
