I hate grotesque guardians. The loot is shit so it doesn't make up for the boss sucking. There are multiple phases where you just sit there with your cock in your hand waiting to attack. I absolutely hate the orb mechanic. It slows down the kills so much and orb skip is inconsistent without endgame pvm gear.Make sure to bring more food than restores at first until you get the attacks down. Expect bad loot.
