I've adjusted Orca slicer settings to be similar to Creality Print's "Normal" and even "Fast" presets but the estimated time is such a drastic difference. Personally I prefer Prusa Slicer I just can't get my head around Cura's UI and when I've tried it I got faster print times with Prusa.
