Xfinity says device is paused but it's not
I had my devices paused once but I didn’t have the same link or website showing. Just paused. The steps below are excellent. My issue was related to Provider not to Apple. They handled it. Just my story. I don’t know if it applies being as I’m mentioning a 3rd party.
