Blueprints are similar to Engrams. Blueprints enable the crafting of specific items, but are not learned through spending Engram Points and cost no engram points to use. Blueprints can be found in Supply Crates, Loot Crates, Deep Sea Loot Crates, by killing Mini-bosses and Orbital Supply Drops.Sets are (Resources, Saddles, Chibis, Armor, Weapons, Ammunition) Each Supply Crate has 6 item sets, 2 of which are guaranteed (Resources and Ammo), the rest are 0-2 or 0-1. So if you're really unlucky all you'll get is some resources and ammo. Still worth hunting imo especially early game..

If you mean loot crate/beacon/sky drop quality, you can change it via game.ini (also deep sea crates and bosses). The only thing is you're now allowed to open higher level loot crates, but even that doesn't impact item quality It does not. Kind of. Deep sea and cave loot crates do have a higher chance of dropping higher quality item. So far, every loot crate and drop I have found, contain only engram quality saddles, blueprints, armor, etc. Base stats across the board: armor rating, mats required, durability, etc. For both blueprints, and built items. I have found this to be true on SE and Center so far. Within an ENTRY, you can have 1 or multiple ITEMS. MinItemSets= Is the minimum number of SETS you wish to have in the loot crate. MaxItemSets= Is the Maximum number of SETS you wish to have in the loot crate.MinItemSets=1 - specifies how many sets will be at least in the loot crate. MaxItemSets=1 - specifies how many sets will be at most in the loot crate. NumItemsPower=1.0 - is a multiplicator to modify the item quality, stick with that 1.0 and not modify it at all. Go into a cave, if loot is not there exit to main menu then load back in, as long as you are not standing to close to the crate spawn spot. Made me so happy, no waiting.It probably would if element had quality. The quality multiplier will only change the quality of items with actual quality (with stats). It will not change the amount of items in a loot container. However if you want to change it, you can actually do so by using the loot crate overrides. You can change what bosses drop that way.
