If it weren’t for reflects in WvW, it would be far behind the pack compared to other weapons and builds.From what I know (I only play revenant as a hand kiter), the "best" build is still power combined with diviner for boon support, since most high level fights are based on phases. That being said, I do have a celestial elementalist and I enjoy it very much because I have power dps, condi dps and some healing and boon duration.
