Scholarship Opportunities. UMKC offers scholarship opportunities for international students at the time of admission. After you begin your studies at UMKC, you can ask your academic unit if they offer any additional scholarship opportunities. You may also fund your education at UMKC with a variety of private scholarships. The University of Kansas provides a variety of KU scholarships to deserving first-year students (US citizens and permanent residents) who enroll for the semester after graduating from high school. All scholarships are extendable for a maximum of four years, provided that the student maintains a specific GPA while attending KU.
