Starting in 1848 by J.W.McCoy Stoneware company, they established the Nelson McCoy Sanitary Stoneware Company in 1910.This is a Hull Pottery early 1920s stoneware or utility ware stein, #492, depicting an Alpine village scene. It is incised with the older Hull "circle H" mark. The stein stands approximately 6" (15.2 cm) tall with a 3-1/2" (8.9 cm) diameter base.
