It is the Assessor's responsibility to locate, identify and appraise at current market value all taxable property in Greenlee County and to process exemptions as specified by law. This includes maintaining property ownership, parcel maps, exemptions, mobile homes, and business personal property.Our office maintains information for over 64,000 real property parcels and 2,700 business personal property and utility parcels. You will find on this site a GIS program called Mapsifter that provides a detailed series of maps showing all properties within the county including aerial photos and the ability to add and remove different GIS layers.
