Street vs 1100 Evo, I'd go Evo but understand that Triumph maintenance in those years is closer to Japanese bike maintenance. The Ducati will require more attention and more expensive service costs. Belts you can do yourself without much effort.If you want a naked or scrambler, then go for a used Monster (696 or 796) or Scrambler. If you eventually want a Panigale, then I would advise that you start with another brand of sport bike with less power. Look into the KTM RC390, for example.
