Identical heads would be the 799s. They don't have the cult following of the 243s, so they're often found cheaper but they're the same head, just cast at a different plant. You can either have a machine shop mill the heads .030 to maintain stock compression, or you can select a piston that will bring compression to where you want it. Milling is cheaper. Grab a ported LS3 intake, injectors, and fuel rail, and you are set.
