Without the extra spells it just looks weak though. I get that giving sorcerers too many options is strong since they can cast loads of spells using meta magic, but storm sorcerer now just pales in comparison to draconic bloodline. 3 AC seems better then disengage at spell cast, and the +CHA on fire spells also seems better than the aoe lightning damage.
