took the nclex today this AM and got all 145 questions. I did UWORLD to prep and got a high chance of passing on both predictors. I tried the PVU Trick and got the bad pop-up. That's comforting to know that their advertising is accurate. Its pretty accurate, you'll likely pass at 85, that's what happened with me, I only used archer. NCLEX and Archer exams are almost identical. I used archer and my test scores looked very similar to yours and I passed in 85 questions.As for difficulty, NCLEX NGN questions are easier. I finished the Uworld Qbank with an 81% overall. The self-assessments were accurate as well for me, scored very high on all of them with scores such as 81, 89, 83, and 89. Simple Nursing: If I were to choose between UWorld videos and Simple Nursing, I'd choose the Simple Nursing videos.
