Just now, I googled EGI+B because that was where I found a 140ma current drain. Everything was just as you explained, above. I pulled the 7.5A fuse labeled EGI+B and all but 10ma went away. after reading your thread, I checked my ODB and yes, it was plugged in. Pulled it out and the parasitic drain went away. such a mystery. lol.The last time the battery was completely dead.
