How to get the dev menu in cookie clicker
Every single guide online says to refresh the page. Which isn't an option on Steam. So... what now? I wanted to use the cookies-when-closed upgrade so I didn't need to constantly keep the game open, but now I can't get the dozen or so debug upgrades off my menu and am not 100% sure if I can still earn achievements.
