I'm guessing you're using a weapon you can't apply it to. I can't apply any buff at all to the Black Knight weapons for some reason. Its a unique weapon, won't be enchant-able. Try it on a basic long sword or greatsword. Thanks! i was trying to use it on a lightning spear, so I guess it doesn't work on anything special.
