Ramaladni's Gift is a Legendary consumable item in Diablo III . It only has a single use, and is consumed in the process. Each Ramaladni's Gift is account-bound if not earned while in a party. It is a random, Torment -only world drop, and may not be specifically farmed for. That’s not the point though. I’m at P1000 and have had 2 screams which seems indicative of the average drop rates yet have 6 Ramaladni’s Gifts…for a new endgame mode it’s not accessible to casual players. Actually I’m quite the opposite. I have 960ish paragon and have 9 screams and 4 Ramaladni’s.
Best solution I can see it to make Ramaladni's Gift apply sockets to rings/amulets as well as weapons. They should drop suitably rarely to make it hard to easily get gems in all 3 slots. If not this then maybe move socket to secondary stat on Rings/Amulets, or make Gems a passive stat like Paragon Points which we can simply select from a menu ...Add a Comment. Normally that is Greater Rifts of a level that you can clear in under 5 minutes. Edit: You could play in a party and someone would most likely drop one if they get one.
