I've made some great friends at clubs on 1500mg. Don't drink much at all if you do go to a bar unless you want a nasty hangover. (I always go by the ratio that 1 drink = 2 on phenibut, and on 1500mg I might up that to 1 drink =3 drinks).I feel like the phenibut cuts out some of the negative side effects of the first 10 - 15 minutes of the Kanna, internasally 50mg-75mg. Just be very very careful with phenibut. You have to be able to keep it to a minimal dose, and ideally only use it twice a week. Phenibut can become extremely addictive to some people.
