Had a lightweight flywheel in an Integra, it made a noticeable difference. It all depends on how heavy the factory flywheel is vs how much lighter the lightened one is. In my Integra's case the lightweight flywheel was about 11 pounds lighter, going form about 20 lbs. to 9 lbs.The cam under the high pressure fuel pump is a square cam, make sure a flat side is up before reinstalling the cover. ( You can do this by putting a spanner on the crank, remove spark plugs if you're struggling against the pressure) Replace and bolt the cover on. Drop in the cam roller for the fuel pump.
