Randy Neil's youtube videos helped a lot w biostats! Divine Intervention podcasts were useful for both stats and ethics/communication questions. You have to know biostats COLD. I recommend leaving biostat questions till the end of each block - I usually had like 8-10 minutes left for each ad section (usually 3 questions long).
